Nemesis Launch
a 30 minute video showcasing the launch of a new non-profit campaign
Year :
2025
Industry :
Non-Profit
Client :
Fishnet Zero
Project Duration :
2 Days

Problem :
Edit over 700 clips of footage into a 30 minute film. The film documents the inaugural trip of MV Nemesis as part of the FishNet Zero campaign

Solution :
I chose a fly-on-the-wall documentary style with no music, effects or commentary. This style adds to the grittiness of the work done on the vessel.

Challenge :
Sort through hours of footage to tell a story that makes for compelling viewing.
Summary :
The 30 minute film has been a great success across a range of platforms. It has reached an audience beyond the echo chamber of conservationists and has shown how dedicated the volunteer divers are that carry out this work. I also skippered the vessel on the trip! The full video can be seen here
